Home Repairs and Restoration

Experiencing a fire or water disaster can be overwhelming for homeowners, leaving you uncertain about the next steps. Fortunately, when you contact Standard Restoration, you’re taking the first step toward recovery.

We specialize in essential home repairs following a disaster, including flooring and baseboard restoration, cabinet and countertop repairs, repainting, and retexturing. Our team ensures that any necessary framing, electrical, and plumbing repairs are also addressed.

Available 24/7—day or night, weekends, and holidays—Standard Restoration guarantees a one-hour response time. We’ll conduct a thorough inspection to assess the damage and develop a tailored restoration plan. Plus, we’ll work closely with your homeowner’s insurance to streamline your claims process, making your recovery as smooth as possible.

A Free Inspection Determines Your Property's Needs

The first thing that will happen when a Standard Restoration inspector responds to your call is a free inspection of your property. Our team will evaluate your home to discern how much damage has occurred and how your home can best be restored. You can count on an accurate and efficient plan to move forward.

Flooring and Baseboard Repair

After a disaster, your flooring, baseboards, or both may need to be replaced or repaired. We work with all kinds of flooring, including tile, luxury vinyl tile, carpeting, laminate, hardwood, and vinyl. We also handle baseboards. We will repair and remediate the damage if possible; if not, we can replace these structures.

Cabinet and Counter Repair

Cabinets and counters have the potential to become damaged by fire or water. The material may be weakened or warped by water or damaged by smoke and soot particles. We will dry out the cabinets or counters and evaluate the damage. In some cases, repair isn’t possible and replacement will be recommended.

Painting and Re-Texturing

Water damage can cause paint to bubble, peel, and flake away. Mold can also grow on painted surfaces if the moisture isn’t removed. Meanwhile, smoke and soot can bleed through paint, leaving particles, stains, and smells that can be difficult to get rid of. If your home requires repainting, we can handle both the painting and any re-texturing to restore the walls to their original condition.

Framing, Plumbing, and Electrical

Standard Restoration professionals don’t handle framing, plumbing, and electrical work themselves. We subcontract these projects out when the home’s damage requires it. We work with trustworthy subcontractors who are skilled in their fields, so you can trust that your home is safe in their hands.

Standard Restoration Won’t Leave You Stranded

A water or fire event can create a serious challenge. You have to deal with the damage to your home, but the rest of your life also has to go on. The world of contractors and insurance claims can be confusing. Standard Restoration is here to get you through the process. Starting with a free inspection and continuing through the remediation plans, the restoration process, and even communicating with your insurance company, we won’t leave you hanging. You can count on us to help you get back to your normal routine in your home as soon as possible.
