I had my first water heater leak overnight. It wasn't a big leak, but the water did seep through the garage wall into a bedroom closet. Standard Restoration was recommended to come and evaluate the damage, and Daniel and Terrell were sent. They evaluated how far the water made it into the bedroom (several feet, through the carpet pad), and explained about the potential for microbial growth. They recommended raising the carpet and using fans and a dehydrator to remove the moisture from the bedroom. The whole time they explained thier process and the steps they were about to do, as well as how long the process would take. I highly recommend them and the company.

We had a bad leak behind our refrigerator, it spread under our guest room wall into the bedroom, in short, it was a horrible mess. We called Standard Restoration, and they showed up at 3:00. with everything they needed to start the drying process.By 6:00 Chad and Elias had all the fans running, and had determided the extent of the leak. These guys are workers, they never slowed down...something I am proud to see in our work force. Not afraid of hard work.I saw them everyday for better than a week, as they tested for moisture and dried from the top, and under the sub floor. Chad was present when my insurance adjuster came, and made a valid point the both the range and another cupboard needed to be removed. He was right. There was further damage under both.Thanks guys, you can work for me any time....

Graham showed up on a Saturday to inspect areas of our house that had unfortunately been damaged by a leak that went unnoticed. He quoted us that day and had crews mobilized that Monday to begin running equipment to get the damaged areas in the dry. He also put us in contact with a remodel crew to estimate repairs and perform work. Tre and Luke ran all the equipment and did the readings, set up and demobilized, etc and kept good communication with us throughout the process. Would recommend them for any work moving forward in restoration and remodel!

We had an emergency water leak from a hot water tank in our attic. Which affects the ceiling, carpet, baseboards etc. In a bedroom. What a mess. The crew, Tre and Luke arrived fairly soon after I called the Restoration company. They explained it, they were pleasant they work quickly and move things for me as needed to be.
