I recently had the opportunity to work with Standard Restoration for some necessary repairs, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.The initial estimate was done by Dan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the job. He answered all of my questions and provided a clear breakdown of costs, which made me feel confident in moving forward. His communication was top-notch, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout the entire process.As for the actual work, Shawna and Kalab were the ones who came out to handle the repairs. They were both incredibly professional and courteous. It was clear that both of them take great pride in their work, and I felt confident that the job was being done right.The team at Standard Restoration exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm happy to give them 5 stars!Two years has gone by since Standard Restoration completed an awesome job of cleaning up water damage under my home.I called Standard Restoration to look at a couple things under my home after an inspection was done and the inspector found some staining left behind in a small spot, my HVAC was sitting on the ground, and some lining was out of place. Dan was very nice to talk with and sent out Taylor and Jake to take a look. They strapped up the HVAC system, smoothed out the water barrier lining and resprayed the stained wood even though it was just fine. No charge to me.This company really stands by their work!! Both Taylor and Jake were professional, helpful in answering my questions, and respectful.I was pleased with Standard Restoration's work 2 years ago and even more pleased now. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!

We are so thankful that our plumber referred Standard Restoration to us. They did an absolutely perfect mitigation. Shawna, Chad and Elias were the epitome of professional. They were respectful, considerate and left our home in the best condition possible every day. They communicated with us about plans and progress and always prepared us for each step of the way. They really took care of us! I wouldn’t change anything about our experience with each one of them. Our water heater leak saga began with a mere puddle, which a plumber identified as a sign of more extensive water damage. He recommended Standard Restoration, and contacting Dan Weaver there turned out to be an excellent decision. Dan's team efficiently dismantled the affected area, dried it out, and coordinated with Marble for reconstruction. A month later, another puddle appeared, but Dan promptly arranged for a plumber who fixed the new leak and initiated the drying process again. Impressively, Dan ensured we incurred no extra costs for this additional work, despite it not being their responsibility. This level of service from Standard Restoration went above and beyond, showcasing their commitment to exceptional customer care

I am very impressed by the work that Shawna and Damian have done repairing the water damage from the huge water leak I had at my house. They have done an outstanding job of containing the mess while they work and have been very careful and respectful of my property. The crawl space is a muddy mess, but when they leave for the day the house is perfectly clean. I don’t know how they manage it! I also have allergies, but have not been bothered because they contain and clean anything that would otherwise cause me problems. I am so grateful for their great work and for all the questions they have answered, as well.

Everything about Standard Restoration's service was great. I would have appreciated a single, consistent point of contact throughout the process.My only complaint was the billing. I did not see a bill until I asked for it, yet I received emails, phone calls, etc. to pay the bill. My insurance company didn't help with their delays. I needed to remain diligent and persistent to get everything squared away.

We needed the services of your company and so very pleased with the service we received!! The service team of Jesus, Trevion and Dylan were great. They did their work professionally and advised us of what they were doing every step of the way. Dan’s the one who came out and surveyed the damage and coordinated the repair estimate and schedule. Asbestos management can be a challenge for home upgrades and improvements, but Standard Restoration has the skill and experience to tackle the job. Our plumber referred us to Standard and Tyler contacted us, scheduled an inspection time, and followed up service, all completed within days. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them for any future issue or projects.

Trev, Jesus, Kalab and Taylor of Standard Restoration did a great job at our house! We had a leak in our bathroom and they set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the affected areas. Water had also gone down to the crawlspace and they were troopers and got it dried out (not a fun task)! They are also very polite and pleasant young men and kept us informed about what was going on. These guys have saved us twice now from a flooding caused by a bad washing machine! Destroyed our floor in more then 1/2 the house and required our seamless flooring to be completely replaced!!! They where amazing in the efforts they put in trying to find enough matching flooring for our discontinued floor color and so kind and patient when we had to make choices about a new floor unexpectedly. That’s not an easy decision when you love your floors but they really made us feel empowered to make choices good for us. The work was prompt, clean and done in the order they said.they checked back a few days or a week after completion to make sure everything was still good and we where happy not seeing anything that we needed or wanted to be fixed. The team that responded to dry out the flood was fast and told us what was happening. Kept us informed about the drying process and honored everything they committed to (checking the wood for moisture rate next day). The company worked with my insurance and made our entire experience the best it could be.I never want to experience a flood again but if the worst happens I would definitely go back to Standard Restoration as my 1st and only call.

Professional, responsive, and did great work helping with our house’s water damage.

It took 40 years of home ownership across four states before we had our first 'disaster' requiring remediation services earlier this year at our home in Eagle. Fortunately for us it was Alex Cuevas who responded to our "help!" call early one morning. He arrived at the house in less than an hour, outlined a plan of action for remediation and had his team follow right behind to start the needed work. Alex was responsive and organized and with a personal style that talked my husband and I off the proverbial ledge of worry about the clean up. Something my husband in particular appreciated was that Alex ALWAYS returned text messages and voicemails.We also appreciated Alex's skill in working with other service providers, like plumbers and hvac professionals, to coordinate the work in a way that was the least disruptive for us. For example, some of the remediation, removing and replacing insulation, drywall and base molding in the garage where the problem started with a leak in a failed water heater recirc pump fitting spraying water on the wall, meant that both the water heater and the furnace had to be disconnected and moved and then reconnected after the work was done. And as part of this Alex used top notch professionals for both of those efforts (Veterans Plumbing and Peppy's HVAC) who showed up on time and took pride in completing the work right.It is worth a note to say all of Alex's team, of which there were several across a couple of weeks, including Kaleb, Abe, Corbin, Trevion, Rodney and Dylan (apologies if we left off a name) were courteous and efficient. While it is not delightful to have a water leak leading to the need for mitigation in garage as described above it is even more worry when it includes inside damage as it did for us when water wicked in to impact custom hardwood floors for which mitigation required heat fans, dehumidifiers and tenting that had to be monitored and rearranged several times.Every man on the remediation team who came to work was a pleasure to have at our home.
