I had my first water heater leak overnight. It wasn't a big leak, but the water did seep through the garage wall into a bedroom closet. Standard Restoration was recommended to come and evaluate the damage, and Daniel and Terrell were sent. They evaluated how far the water made it into the bedroom (several feet, through the carpet pad), and explained about the potential for microbial growth. They recommended raising the carpet and using fans and a dehydrator to remove the moisture from the bedroom. The whole time they explained thier process and the steps they were about to do, as well as how long the process would take. I highly recommend them and the company.

Jonah, Mark, Jmorie and Maira were absolutely amazing! Our water leak happened on a Friday evening. Jonah came out after hours to help us and start the dry out process over the weekend. They all worked hard and spent several hours cleaning up/drying out the water damage, moving our furniture out into a storage pod, and trying to figure out the source. Once the source was determined, they explained the next steps to us and made it very easy. They were all very respectful and hard working. They all went above and beyond to help us and we could not be more grateful!

Great response and fast action by Standard Restoration to remediate damage caused by a cracked water pipe in my house. Brady Rafiner, Project Lead, did an excellent job coordinating all remediation activities. He was on site within 3 hours of my initial call. He helped me initiate the insurance claim and coordinated directly with the insurance company to ensure they had all the necessary documentation to complete the claim. Great job by Brady and his crew.
